| Senior Accountant Our client, a prestigious group of Real Estate companies, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team! This growing company offers a great team with growth opportunities, fantastic benefits and a great boss!! Reporting to the Controller, the Responsibilities will include: • Daily, monthly, bi-monthly and annual duties such as • Bank reconciliations • WIP reporting • Inter-company reconciliations • Journal entries • Financial statement preparation • Financial reporting packages • Year-end audit packages • Accounting software maintenance • Variance analysis • KPI reporting • Assist other departments as needed • Provide back up within accounting department as needed Qualifications: • Newly designated CA or CGA with public practice experience. • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills. • Bright, motivated individual who thrives in a demanding and stimulating work environment. • Highly organized individual who is able to multi-task effectively. • Knowledge of sophisticated computer applications including spreadsheets. • Real estate accounting and finance experience is preferred.
